GreenHarvest 2nd Bi-Monthly Coordination Meeting Held Online

The second bi-monthly coordination meeting of the GreenHarvest project was held online on 29 January 2026 with the participation of project partners from Türkiye, Germany, Romania and Portugal.

During the meeting, partners reviewed the overall progress of the project and confirmed that activities are continuing in line with the planned schedule. The completion of WP1-related payment procedures and project documentation was discussed, together with the next steps for WP2 – Needs Analysis and Preliminary Research.

Partners agreed that the needs assessment process would focus on identifying the learning needs of farmers and trainers, existing knowledge gaps, and challenges related to regenerative agriculture training. The findings will directly support the development of the GreenHarvest Educational Toolkit and future training videos.

The meeting also covered the development of the project website and digital platform, the upcoming Training of Trainers activity in Germany, dissemination responsibilities, social media visibility, and financial reporting procedures.

This coordination meeting played an important role in strengthening cooperation among partners and ensuring that the next project activities are implemented in a clear, structured and collaborative way.
