GreenHarvest Coordination Meeting Successfully Held

The 3rd GreenHarvest Coordination Meeting was held online on 26 August 2026 with the participation of project partners from Türkiye, Germany, Romania and Portugal.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review the current implementation status of the project, discuss ongoing responsibilities and agree on the main priorities for the upcoming period.

One of the key agenda items was the “Budget Expenditures by Year” file. Partners were reminded of the importance of regularly updating their expenditure records and keeping all supporting financial documents complete and well organised. This process will support smoother and more accurate final reporting at the end of the project.

Another major focus of the meeting was the development of WP2 – D2.2 Educational Toolkit (EN). The consortium reviewed the planned structure of the Toolkit, which will include four main training modules on regenerative agriculture. Partners discussed the responsibilities for each module, the use of practical examples, visuals, case studies and field-based content, as well as the planned completion timeline.

The partners also reviewed the Training of Trainers (ToT – Germany) activity implemented in Kassel in July 2026. Participant feedback was discussed, with farm visits and practical field activities highlighted as some of the most valuable parts of the training. The consortium agreed that the

se findings should be reflected in the development of the Toolkit and future educational videos.

In addition, partners were reminded to review the shared ToT Germany Google Drive folder and complete any missing documentation related to the training activity.

The meeting concluded with agreement on the main next steps, responsibilities and deadlines. The consortium will now prioritise the completion of the Educational Toolkit, regular financial follow-up and finalisation of the ToT documentation.

The GreenHarvest partnership continues to work collaboratively towards the development of practical, accessible and field-oriented learning resources that support the wider adoption of regenerative agriculture practices.
