The GreenHarvest Training of Trainers activity was successfully completed in the Kassel region, Germany, with the participation of project partners, trainers and agricultural professionals from partner countries.
Following the online preparation sessions, participants came together for the face-to-face training phase hosted by TRIEBWERK. The training provided a valuable opportunity to connect theoretical knowledge with real field practices and to explore regenerative agriculture directly through farm visits, practical exercises and group discussions.
During the training, participants visited innovative regenerative farms and worked on key topics such as soil health, climate adaptation, agroforestry, minimal tillage, landscape and soil analysis, market gardening, communal farm management, mobile chicken systems, social farming and sustainable farm practices. These activities helped participants better understand how regenerative agriculture can be applied in different local contexts.
The training also created an important space for international knowledge exchange. Participants shared their experiences, compared agricultural challenges in their own countries and discussed how regenerative agriculture practices can be promoted more widely through education, advisory services and local learning activities.

We would also like to thank all participants for their active participation and cooperation.
The Training of Trainers activity represents an important milestone for the GreenHarvest project. The knowledge and experience gained during this mobility will contribute to the development of future educational materials, training videos and local activities aimed at promoting regenerative agriculture.
GreenHarvest will continue to support capacity building, knowledge sharing and practical learning for a more sustainable, climate-resilient and regenerative agricultural future.
